Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning did Mesa flood damage carpet repair. The customers basement had a small flood which damaged all the pad and the carpet was released from the strip from the water and needed re stretching. We removed all the wet pad, by then the carpet was dry, removed the tack strip, and replaced the tack and pad also re stretching the carpet.
