PCR did Scottsdale carpet patches and stretching. The client had two small wholes from their pets chewing at their carpet, and in one section of their house they had some wood flooring installed. There was no tack strip where the wood met the carpet, the carpet was just laying there, so we installed tack strip and power stretched the carpet tightly.
